The hybrid flooring system we use is the best, most durable surface available. It is a non-hazardous, environmentally friendly product that is also stain resistant. Our epoxy garage flooring will not chip, peel or fade in the sun. Coated floors are also slip-resistant and easy to clean with a hose or mop.
Yes, for the original owner, we offer a limited warranty that covers material and workmanship for a lifetime. Workmanship includes peeling, fading, and hot tire pull-up (separation from the concrete).
We accept all major credit and debit cards, check, cash, and Zelle.
- We typically arrive early in the morning, around 7:30 – 8:00am.
- Large items are moved out of the garage and plugged in (if necessary).
- We then begin the diamond grind preparation. We ground the floor to a ~60 grit profile while utilizing a large dust collection system to minimize dust.
- The floor is then vacuumed and swept until all dust and debris is removed.
- Once the floor is completely clean, we begin installing the hybrid flooring system.
- A base hybrid epoxy primer coat is applied.
- The decorative chips are then added to the primer finish.
- After a 2 – 3 hour curing period, we sweep up any loose chips. The floor is then scraped, sanded and vacuumed.
- A clear top coat is then applied.
- 48 hours after completion you will be able to walk or drive your car onto the floor.
The floor should last a lifetime. We use a hybrid epoxy primer which carries a lifetime warranty against delamination from concrete surfaces. The clear top coat, Polyaspartic, is a cousin to urethane and is chemical and scratch resistant as well as UV stable.
No. We utilize a large dust collection system to collect the dust created by the grinding of the existing concrete. This is the messiest part of the project. We continually vacuum your garage throughout the process and complete the project by cleaning up all of our equipment and trash.
Yes, we fill all cracks with semi-rigid polyurea. Polyurea is one of the most durable and tough materials known to man. Once we apply the polyurea and it has cured, we grind your floor to smooth out the patch. The epoxy layer is then applied on top.
Yes, we carry 12×12 inch samples of our most popular colors and will bring them to your home. We make our samples ourselves so you can be sure the final flooring will match. If there is a small foundation wall in the garage, we typically stain it to match the floor.
Although we prefer an empty garage when we get there, we do not mind helping you empty your garage. We can assist with heavy items. We are often asked about refrigerators; We can wheel it out, make sure it remains plugged in, and cover it while it is outdoors. It can be brought back into the garage in two days.
Nothing will hurt the floor, except battery acid.
Mopping or hosing your new floor with water is all it needs to keep it looking clean and new.
We can typically schedule your installation within one week.
