We believe our flooring system is the best on the market. Our multi-coat resinous system consists of a combination of 100% solid epoxy base coat with a Polyaspartic top coat. This system is the one most often used in commercial applications.

What is an epoxy resin?
Epoxy resins, also known as polyepoxides, are a class of reactive prepolymers and polymers. They are cross-linked with a wide range of co-reactants to harden or cure the resin. Epoxy resins contain corrosion- and stress-resistance properties, purity, and superior adhesion.

What is Polyaspartic top coat?
Polyaspartic coating is a modified polyurethane. Regular urethane reacts extremely fast making it unstable. Polyaspartic technology uses an additive that makes it react more slowly so that it becomes stable and does not yellow. Polyaspartic is a relatively new coating technology that performs better than other urethane coatings in protecting surfaces, especially in harsher weather and against impact.

Is epoxy resin better than epoxy paint for garage floors?
Epoxies cure, whereas paints dry. Our epoxy resin product seeps into the concrete and mechanically bonds with it. Paint relies on a glue chemistry to hold it down; it does not bond with the concrete.

In conclusion, the combination of 100% solid epoxy and a Polyaspartic top coat increases the strength of the concrete by up to 10x. The surface becomes hard and durable, making it highly resistant to chemicals, abrasions, impact, oil, grease, and stains. Our epoxy hybrid system will not peel, chip, or stain.
